i play saxophone (soprano and tenor), with pedals too, and have been wanting to have a project where we write songs with structure but improvisation within - the goal is to rehearse weekly (e.g. monday evenings or thursday evenings), gig and record. jazz background (my level is intermediate, probably, with an ok understanding of theory, good with chords, scales, etc)
i really like bands like portico quartet, but i am open to the use of different sounds, mixing electronic and acoustic. i like music to move forwards/progress, listen a lot to jazz, modern jazz, classical as well as rock (post-rock, indie, new wave, 80s music, electronic (dark wave))
i got a rehearsal space where we could jam, maybe have a couple of tracks to use as staring points - as a band forms, then everybody chips in. i also play guitar in another post-rock project (but that is totally separate - here my focus stays on saxophone and maybe help out with basic midi synths (i am more limited there)).

Ich bin Raphael (40) und auf der Suche nach coolen Leuten zum kreativ sein / Spaß haben. Ursprünglich spiel ich Schlagzeug, hab mir etwas Gitarre beigebracht und kann auch ein wenig an Tasten klimpern, vor allem versuche ich aber seit ca 1-2 Jahren mit elektronischen Devices, Synths, Effekten und entsprechend auch Production rumzuspielen.
Richtungsmäßig finde ich im Grunde alles spannend, wo organische Instrumente auf interessante elektronische Sounds und auch gerne was rhythmisches treffen. Z.B. Sachen wie ear, baileyrp, Quadeca, usw. (die Spanne ist groß, siehe Playlist unten). Wo die Reise genau hingehen kann orientiert sich klar auch daran, was du mitbringst und magst. Vor allem Vocals und ein Instrument spielen wären der absolute Fit, aber bin für alles offen!
Im Vordergrund geht's mir um Spaß und eine gute Zeit zusammen haben, will aber natürlich auch etwas schaffen, was mit anderen resoniert.

Der Raum hat eine gute Akustik, ein großes Fenster mit Tageslicht, und das Haus hat Zugang mit Chipkarte, Video-Überwachung auf den Fluren, und es kann 24/7 geprobt werden. Es ist auch noch genug Platz für Amps, Synths oder weiteres Equipment in den Raum.

Ich heiße Marco, bin 31 und würde gerne mal wieder mehr meinem Hobby Schlagzeug spielen nachkommen. Hey,
Ich bin Raphael, habe mein Leben lang Musik gehört und gelebt und suche jemanden, mit dem ich Kreativität gemeinsam erleben / beleben kann & darf. Ursprünglich spiel ich Schlagzeug, hab mir zu Corona Zeiten Gitarre beigebracht und kann auch etwas an Tasten klimpern, vor allem versuche ich aber seit ca 1-2 Jahren mit elektronischen Devices, Synths, Effekten und entsprechend auch Production rumzuspielen und mich selbst etwas zu auszudrücken.
Im Vordergdung fing alles als purer Spaß und "Zeitvertreib" an, ist es auch immer noch im Vordergrund, entdecke und lerne primär, merke aber gleichzeitig, dass ich da doch gerne mehr mit anstellen würde. Ich sitze auf bestimmt 30-40 ganz schönen Loops und Ideen, kann diese auch schnell entwickeln aber stelle immer wieder fest, dass mir bei der Auseinandersetzung jemand fehlt, mit dem ich das reflektieren und ergänzen kann. Vor allem fehlt mir meistens immer eine Hauptkomponente um ein echtes "Song-Format" zu stricken: Gesang... ich hab zwar nen gutes Verständnis von Harmonie und Melodien, aber mag vermutlich am Ende meine eigene Stimme einfach nicht :)
Richtungsmäßig finde ich im Grunde alles spannend, wo interessante Sounds, ambiente Texturen und schöne Vocals (gerne mit spannender Vocal Chain) auf was treibendes, poppiges oder auch tanzbares treffen. Also nur Ambient ist mir zu langweilig, simpler Pop zu gradlinig, am Ende versuche ich etwas zu schaffen, was emotional einen Moment schafft, der mit vielen resoniert.
Wenn das für dich interessant klingt, dann meld dich gerne. In erster Linie ist wichtig, dass wir zusammen ne gute Zeit haben können und uns verstehen. Schließe aber auch nicht aus, dass man nur für was kurzes kollaboriert.

ich (w/33) möchte ein Bandprojekt starten (gerne als Duo oder Trio - wenn es sich ergibt aber auch mehr) und suche Leute, die Lust haben, gemeinsam einen Sound zu entwickeln.
Was ich mitbringe:
Ich singe (gerne 2- bis 4-stimmige Harmonien durch jahrelange Chorerfahrung), spiele Gitarre, etwas Klavier und etwas Schlagzeug. Ein Grundverständnis für Ableton und Equipment für Aufnahmen sind vorhanden. Melodien und Notenlehre liegen mir - Texte schreiben so mittel.
Musikalische Richtung:
Irgendwas zwischen Indie, Alternative, Synth Pop und Lucid Dream Pop (Einflüsse: Odd Beholder, GoGo Penguin, Moses Yoofee Trio, Ätna, Mine, Tristan Brusch u.v.m. – quasi der Radioeins-Sound). Ob Deutsch oder Englisch ist offen.
Wen ich suche:
Am besten jemanden, der/die sich gut mit dem Produzieren auskennt, um den Songs den letzten Schliff zu geben und sich gemeinsam zu inspirieren. Wenn wir am Ende aber doch eine rein akustische Band werden, weil's sich so ergibt - auch ok. Absolutes Plus, wenn du auch singst und Instrumentenskills hast, aber Synthesizer beherrschen reicht auch.

Keys & Drums suchen Bass auf gutem, ambitioniertem Level (ca. 30 - 50) für einen offenen Stilmix aus Electronica mit rockigen und jazzigen Einflüssen. Eigene Songs sind vorhanden, neue entstehen gemeinsam. Du bist timingfest, zuverlässig, kreativ und hast viel Live-Erfahrung. Backing Vocals, Synth oder Gitarre sind ein Plus.
