I write songs and am looking for a creative drummer for studio recordings. The music ranges from Can to Gorillaz, Devo, Metronomy, Elvis Costello, and Joni Mitchell—it’s a creative, wild mix of unconventional pop and folk/neo-country songs that are written and produced in an original way. I’d like to record 2 sets of 10 songs soon and am looking for someone to join me on drums and maybe percussions. I have a small budget for compensation, but it’s not much. Bühnenerfahrung im Pop-/Rock-/Tanzmusikbereich als Leadsängerin und mit Satzgesang,
akzentfreies Englisch & Deutsch und Moderationsfähigkeit,
Belastbarkeit Bereitschaft auch mal 12 Std an je 3 Samstagen/Monat on-tour zu sein (familiäre Akzeptanz),
Zuverlässigkeit (feste Honorarverträge) & PKW (zum Gig wirst Du gefahren),

We’re looking for a band to share our nice rehearsal space with us on Buchberger Straße in Lichtenberg.
The room is 30 sqm, has natural daylight, great acoustics, and can be used 24/7. There’s also still plenty of space for additional amps and other equipment, and we’re planning to set up a PA as well.
The total rent is €580 per month, and we’d like to split it 50/50, so €290 per band. We’d also be very flexible when it comes to rehearsal times, since there would only be the two bands sharing the space.

jazzy project (modern, maybe ambient) - looking for like minded musicians

i play saxophone (soprano and tenor), with pedals too, and have been wanting to have a project where we write songs with structure but improvisation within - the goal is to rehearse weekly (e.g. monday evenings or thursday evenings), gig and record. jazz background (my level is intermediate, probably, with an ok understanding of theory, good with chords, scales, etc)
i really like bands like portico quartet, but i am open to the use of different sounds, mixing electronic and acoustic. i like music to move forwards/progress, listen a lot to jazz, modern jazz, classical as well as rock (post-rock, indie, new wave, 80s music, electronic (dark wave))
i got a rehearsal space where we could jam, maybe have a couple of tracks to use as staring points - as a band forms, then everybody chips in. i also play guitar in another post-rock project (but that is totally separate - here my focus stays on saxophone and maybe help out with basic midi synths (i am more limited there)).
write to me if this sounds like something u also really want. instrument, gender, gender identity, language, all in - let us play, write together, gig and record (ideally u have experience in these areas already).

looking to start a forró group, with a focus on arrangement of classic songs and develop/write others to play live (live music has been, to me, always part of the magic of forró (and other folk music), where people from all walks of life gather to dance).
i play soprano saxophone, have been working on covers from Luiz Gonzaga, Trio Nordestino, Dominguinhos, and a few others, including some instrumental songs like "Batuque Destemperado" e "Ovo". I could sing a bit and support with triangle too or light percussion. I have a little bit of a jazz background, am from brasil and play bossa and a bit of jazz too, lived however after 18 yo always elsewhere and now in Berlin since 2017.
Let`s build a forró band with an accordeon player (?or rabeca), a soprano sax, percussionist and zabumba TO PLAY LIVE!

PS: for a few years i played in a duo with an accordeon player and we always wanted to expand, but sadly he left berlin and I focused then on other projects where I play rock guitar.

Ich suche eine sympathische, interessante und innovative Rockband oder auch eine Tribute Band. Ein gutes Bandklima ist mir ebenso wichtig, wie eine überzeugende musikalische Performance. Ich verfüge über einer langjährige Bühnenerfahrung und trommelte dabei bereits in verschiedenen semiprofessionellen Bands u.a. mit eigener deutschsprachiger Rockmusik, mehreren AC/DC Tribute Bands und auch einer Show Party Band. Authentische und ehrlich gemachte Musik zieht mich magisch an. Beruflich bin ich seit einigen Jahren auch an einer Musikschule als Schlagzeuglehrer tätig.
Musikalischer Werdegang:
Mit AC/DC und ABBA groß geworden, liegen die Einflüsse in der Rock und Pop Musik. Schlagzeuger in verschiedenen Bands mit zahlreichen Erfahrungen im Live und vereinzelt auch im Studiobereich. Von deutschsprachiger Rockmusik, über diverse Hardrock und Metal Formationen, gab es auch Engagements in Show Party Bands. Abstecher im Rhythm & Blues und im Country Rock Bereich waren dabei. Seit einigen Jahren unterrichte ich mit viel Spaß an einer Musikschule Schlagzeug. Auf der Suche bin ich nach einer sympathischen und ehrlichen Band im Rock Bereich. I’m a 35 year old female amateur singer and I am looking for a guitarist or a keyboard player to perform acoustic covers of all kinds of genres.
The idea is to practice on a scheduled basis and once we have a few solid pieces, we could record them or go to Open Mic nights or Jam sessions. 🎵 And then go from there. Maybe even start a whole band at some point if this goes well! Or try writing our own songs.

I’m looking for musicians to collaborate with on several upcoming projects, including a personal album and performance-based works currently in development.
Rather than looking for session musicians, I’m interested in meeting artists who share a compatible musical direction and are interested in actively contributing to the creative process, developing the work together, and committing to the projects as collaborators.
The projects currently in development include music theatre, an interdisciplinary performance project, and a personal album.
1. Music Theatre
A new music theatre work inspired by the Korean classical novel The Story of Hong Gil-dong, reimagined in present-day Berlin.
The piece brings together Hong Gil-dong from the past and characters living in contemporary Berlin, exploring questions of belonging and exclusion, the individual and the collective, and the relationship between one person and many.

I’m looking for a guitarist who is interested not simply in accompanying the piece, but in engaging with its narrative and atmosphere and developing its musical language and sound effects together.
2. Interdisciplinary Performance Project
A four-stage performance project bringing together music, movement, visual art, audience, and space, in which the reactions and traces created during each performance become part of the musical development of the next stage.
Musical setup: Voice + Bass / Sound Design
I’m primarily looking for a Double Bass player, but I’m also open to instruments such as Hurdy Gurdy, Accordion, or other instruments capable of creating an interesting sonic dialogue with the voice.
Alongside the possibilities of a more structured duo format, I’m interested in exploring a process in which voice and instrument respond to one another and gradually develop a shared language through improvisation, texture, and spatial sound.
3. Voice & Bass
I’m looking for a Double Bass player interested in developing a longer-term Voice & Bass collaboration, building a shared musical language and repertoire together.

Working Conditions & Project Development
All of the projects are currently in the funding preparation stage.
Once funding is secured and the production and rehearsal phases begin, fees will be calculated according to the scope and duration of the work, taking Berlin’s professional artist fee standards into consideration. Specific fees and working conditions will be discussed and agreed upon with participating artists once the project schedule and available funding have been confirmed.
Due to the administrative and contractual requirements of the projects, I’m looking for artists who are currently registered as residents in Berlin and are legally able to work as freelancers in Germany, including entering into contracts and receiving professional fees.
This is not a call for one-off session musicians.
I’m looking for fellow artists and collaborators who bring their own musical identity and ideas into the creative process and are interested in developing the projects together and committing to them through the performance stage.

Hey! I’m a Berlin-based guitarist and songwriter looking to join an existing band — or potentially meet musicians to build something new.
I play electric and acoustic guitar and can take the role of either lead or rhythm guitarist. I also sing and can provide backing vocals.
I write and record my own music, so I’d also be happy to contribute to songwriting, arrangements and developing original material.
Musically, I’m mostly drawn to alternative / indie rock, but I’m interested in darker, atmospheric and more experimental sounds as well.

Radiohead / Nine Inch Nails / Nirvana / David Bowie / Car Seat Headrest / Angelo Badalamenti
I especially like music with strong dynamics, interesting guitar textures, noise, atmosphere and melody — something that has its own identity rather than simply fitting into one genre.

I'm building an international rock & metal band and I'm looking for the right people to build it with.
I'm a guitarist and songwriter with 20 years of experience. I'm currently based in Sweden, but I'm not tied to Sweden or any particular country.
I want to be where my band is.
I'm open to musicians from anywhere in the world, and I'm currently looking across vocals, guitar, bass and drums.
I'm not looking for a casual project, a cover band, or people who simply want to play when they have time.
I want to find artists who want to create something of their own - original music, a strong identity, and eventually a life built around the band.
🎵 THE MUSIC
The direction combines the emotional impact and hooks of 2000s emo / pop-punk with the weight and intensity of metalcore and alternative rock.
References include The Used, My Chemical Romance, Good Charlotte, Mayday Parade, A Day to Remember, Story of the Year, Papa Roach, Linkin Park, Avenged Sevenfold, Bullet for My Valentine, Escape the Fate and Asking Alexandria.
These are references, not a blueprint. I don't want to copy anyone. I want us to create our own identity.
I want huge melodies, emotional vocals, memorable hooks, beautiful atmosphere, aggressive guitars and dynamic songwriting.
I want melodies that can genuinely break your heart.
I want to create music that people don't just listen to - I want them to feel it.
🎨 THE VISION
I want every member to feel that they truly belong in the band and can fully express themselves as an artist.
Everyone should bring their own ideas, personality and creativity. At the same time, we need to be flexible, open-minded and willing to try each other's ideas.
The best version of the music should always matter more than whose idea it was.
I want the five of us to become a real musical family - people who have each other's backs, grow together and stay committed to the same vision.
Technical ability matters, but ambition, character, creativity and commitment matter even more.
You don't have to be the best musician in the world today. If you have the potential, discipline and hunger to become great - and you're willing to put in the work - I'm interested.
🌎 WHERE WE'RE GOING
The long-term goal is to build a permanent band, release original music, grow an audience internationally and eventually make a living from it.
Eventually, I want us to base ourselves in the United States and tour internationally.
I'm not expecting everything to happen overnight. I'm looking for people who want to build it step by step and see how far we can take it.

I've been playing guitar and creating music for 20 years.
I've played in original bands, performed live, written and recorded a large amount of original material, worked with musicians from different countries and spent years developing my playing, songwriting and production skills.
