Building an International Rock & Metal Band - Looking for the Right People

    MetalPunkRockPopFolk / Acoustic

Band is looking Building an International Rock & Metal Band - Looking for the Right People I'm building an international rock & metal band and I'm looking for the right people to build it with. I'm a guitarist and songwriter with 20 years of experience. I'm currently based in Sweden, but I'm not tied to Sweden or any particular country. I want to be where my band is. I'm open to musicians from anywhere in the world, and I'm currently looking across vocals, guitar, bass and drums. I'm not looking for a casual project, a cover band, or people who simply want to play when they have time. I want to find artists who want to create something of their own - original music, a strong identity, and eventually a life built around the band. 🎵 THE MUSIC The direction combines the emotional impact and hooks of 2000s emo / pop-punk with the weight and intensity of metalcore and alternative rock. References include The Used, My Chemical Romance, Good Charlotte, Mayday Parade, A Day to Remember, Story of the Year, Papa Roach, Linkin Park, Avenged Sevenfold, Bullet for My Valentine, Escape the Fate and Asking Alexandria. These are references, not a blueprint. I don't want to copy anyone. I want us to create our own identity. I want huge melodies, emotional vocals, memorable hooks, beautiful atmosphere, aggressive guitars and dynamic songwriting. I want melodies that can genuinely break your heart. I want to create music that people don't just listen to - I want them to feel it. 🎨 THE VISION I want every member to feel that they truly belong in the band and can fully express themselves as an artist. Everyone should bring their own ideas, personality and creativity. At the same time, we need to be flexible, open-minded and willing to try each other's ideas. The best version of the music should always matter more than whose idea it was. I want the five of us to become a real musical family - people who have each other's backs, grow together and stay committed to the same vision. Technical ability matters, but ambition, character, creativity and commitment matter even more. You don't have to be the best musician in the world today. If you have the potential, discipline and hunger to become great - and you're willing to put in the work - I'm interested. 🌎 WHERE WE'RE GOING The long-term goal is to build a permanent band, release original music, grow an audience internationally and eventually make a living from it. Eventually, I want us to base ourselves in the United States and tour internationally. I'm not expecting everything to happen overnight. I'm looking for people who want to build it step by step and see how far we can take it. 🎸 ABOUT ME I've been playing guitar and creating music for 20 years. I've played in original bands, performed live, written and recorded a large amount of original material, worked with musicians from different countries and spent years developing my playing, songwriting and production skills. I already have a substantial catalogue of previous recordings and demos that can serve as a starting point for the new project. Music samples / previous work: https://www.bandmix.com/maxlane35/ I'm not starting from the idea of "maybe someday I'll form a band." I've been building toward this for most of my life. Now I'm looking for the people who want to build the next chapter with me. 📩 IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU If you read this and thought: "This is exactly what I've been looking for." I'd love to hear from you. Tell me a little about yourself, what you play, where you're based, and what you're looking for. Maybe somewhere out there are the people who are supposed to build this with me. Let's find out.

Metal/Rock Guitarist looking for band or musicians

    MetalPunkRockElectronicFolk / Acoustic

MusikerIn sucht Hello, Although I'm a native German speaker, for the sake of simplicity, I'm posting in English. I am looking for an existing band or musicians with whom I can start a new band. For about 20 years i have been playing guitar and have been active in various thrash/death metal, metalcore, and hardcore punk bands. I have studio and live experience. Although I am deeply rooted in metal, I don't want to limit myself to this genre when looking for new musicians. For me, the most important thing is that a band has a coherent concept or that we develop one together. In recent years, I've listened to a lot of both electronic music and traditional folk music, so I could see myself making music in the future that isn't based exclusively on distorted guitar sounds. I would be very happy if anyone is interested in my ad.

Forming a passionate Live Metal Band in Berlin

    MetalRockElectronicClassical

MusikerIn sucht I am looking to form a new band based in Berlin and therefore seeking out to other musicians. Would you like to and would you be able to work with something like the song DEMOCRACY - AS THE LIGHTS FADE? That's from my current band and I want to go into something more „moody" and less progressive, if you can say so. Nevertheless the song example refers to some technical stuff that should be possible for you to do (especially drums). And hopefully in general you think it is nice to listen to, but let‘s talk about it. Influence: Little bit of Industrial and Electronic, Death Metal/Core, Metalcore (no sing-songy Chorus), descent amount of Hardcore, small little bit of Black. I guess also Alternative / Nu Metal. Understandable (and in some parts clean) vocals. Clear goals: 1. More than one coming together per week for better practice, exchange of ideas and social interaction (no excessive drinking, no drugs) 2. Around one gig per month with potential for more 3. Touring No sexism or Afd-shit. Age: around 25-36 I myself am live experienced, have some gear knowledge and also some studio experience. But that’s not necessarily a criteria regarding you. I am happy to hear from you! Let’s meet and make some music! Best regards, Sebastian DE/ENG

LOOKING FOR DEDICATED MUSICIANS – MODERN METAL / ALTERNATIVE PROJECT (BERLIN)

    MetalRockJazzElectronic

LOOKING FOR DEDICATED MUSICIANS – MODERN METAL / ALTERNATIVE PROJECT (BERLIN) /German version on the bottom I'm looking for committed musicians to build a serious, long-term band in Berlin. The musical direction combines Modern Metalcore, Post Metal, Dark Jazz, Ambient and Electronic elements. Some of my biggest influences are Loathe, Sleep Token, modern Metalcore and cinematic, atmospheric music. The goal isn't to copy these bands, but to create something original with a strong identity. The Vision I'm looking for people who genuinely want to build something meaningful—not just another rehearsal project. Ideally, every member contributes equally to songwriting, creative decisions, promotion and the overall direction of the band. However, I'm also realistic. Many successful bands are driven by a highly motivated core of two or three people, while the rest contribute in different ways. I'm completely open to either approach, as long as everyone is committed and shares the same vision. Songwriting I want songwriting to be as flexible as possible. We can write songs together from scratch, but members are also welcome to bring fully written riffs, demos or complete song ideas. The band can then develop, rearrange and adapt these ideas together until they become our own. Workflow One rehearsal per week focused on songwriting, rehearsing and preparing live performances. One additional weekly meeting dedicated to planning, content creation, social media and developing the project. Recording demos and singles ourselves using professional equipment. Mixing and mastering can either be done in-house or outsourced to the right producer when needed. What I Can Offer Professional rehearsal studio. Professional recording setup. In-ear monitoring system with click tracks and backing tracks. Ceiling-mounted cameras for high-quality live session videos and social media content. DMX lighting for recordings and live performances. Experience in organizing and developing music projects. Strong focus on consistent content creation and promotion. What I'm Looking For Skilled and creative musicians. Reliability and long-term commitment. Open-minded people interested in heavy, emotional and atmospheric music. Musicians willing to contribute ideas—not only play their instrument. People who understand that building a modern band requires both great music and consistent online content. Positive attitude, professionalism and good communication. If you're looking for a serious project with long-term ambitions, I'd love to hear from you. Professionelles Recording-Setup.

We are very keen to play! We have the equipment, we are getting better every week, we are 100% serious people and will be there if we have a date, and we don't expect to get payed though it's always a plus. 😁 Set is 45 Minutes long. We just want to play, nothing is too small or beneath us! Our very outdated Bandcamp, imagine this but better. https://karonteberlin.bandcamp.com/ Write me: adam.r.nawrot@gmail.com

    Singer looking for metal/rock band

    MetalRockPopHip-HopElectronicClassical

MusikerIn sucht Hi, I’m Kathie, 34, based in Berlin. I used to sing (band, choir, lessons) and haven’t done much with it in the last 10+ years, but I want to get back into it. Mainly vocals and composing — I also play a bit of piano/synth. I’m not looking to stick to one genre. I’d rather mix things up. I like stuff in the direction of DEAR TASH, Poppy, Bring Me the Horizon, Jutes, Spiritbox — so somewhere between alt/metalcore, a bit of rap influence, darker pop/industrial sounds, but open overall. Could also go into darkwave like Boy Harsher, Minuit Machine, Linea Aspera... I like contrast — softer vocals with heavier parts, melodic but still a bit rough around the edges. Open to joining a band, starting something new, or just jamming and seeing what happens. I’m not a beginner, but also getting back into it, so figuring things out again :) For now it’s more on a hobby/creative level, but I’d be up for playing gigs if it evolves that way. If that resonates, feel free to reach out here or via email: kathie.hamm@web.de
